Select Version of EA Desktop:
The last step in a data request is to monitor the receipt and possible return of data. If the status of the data request is Delivered, the delivery progress will be tracked. The "Products" tab contains a "Circulation" column to monitor the delivery of products.
When all items have arrived at the expected destination, click Advance to CLOSED to change the status of the data request to Closed.
